Privacy Policy

Last updated: December 2025

At Blue Page Insight, we value and protect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect information related to our clients, prospects, panel partners and website visitors.

We primarily work as a fieldwork and sample sourcing partner for research agencies. We handle business contact information and vendor details – not respondent-level survey data.

Who We Are

Blue Page Insight is a market research fieldwork and sample sourcing agency headquartered in India, working with research firms and consultancies across multiple global markets. Our role is to manage feasibility, sample sourcing, vendor coordination and quality control on behalf of our clients.

Information We Collect

We collect and process information that is necessary for business communication, project execution and vendor collaboration. This may include:

  • Business contact information: name, company name, job title, business email address, phone number, country, and details about your inquiry or project.
  • Vendor and panel partner information: capabilities, geography coverage, feasibility details, pricing (CPI), contact details, and communication history.
  • Communication data: information you share with us via email, contact forms, messaging apps or calls related to projects, feasibility or partnerships.
  • Technical & usage information: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, approximate location, and session duration. This may be collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies for basic analytics and site performance.

Information We Do Not Collect

As a fieldwork and sample sourcing partner, we usually do not host survey platforms directly. Instead, we route traffic to client-owned survey tools (e.g., Forsta, Decipher, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, etc.).

In the normal course of our work, we do NOT collect or store:

  • Survey responses or questionnaire data provided by respondents.
  • Respondent identity documents, Aadhaar numbers or government IDs.
  • Respondent financial information or payment details.
  • Sensitive personal data of respondents (health, biometric data, etc.).

Respondent-level data is typically stored and managed directly by the research agency or end client on their own platforms and under their own privacy terms.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If any such data is identified, it will be deleted promptly in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Survey participation, respondent accounts and reward management are handled through our dedicated panel platform at opinion.bluepageinsight.online, which operates under its own terms and privacy practices.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect strictly for business-related purposes, such as:

  • Responding to enquiries, RFPs and project briefs.
  • Sharing feasibility, costings (CPI), timelines and proposals.
  • Coordinating live projects with clients, panels and vendors.
  • Maintaining internal records for project history and operations.
  • Improving our website content, communication and services.
  • Sending operational updates regarding live or upcoming projects.
